Product availability

Our goal is to be able to ship complete orders as soon as possible.

We have most goods in stock in quantities corresponding to sales statistics for a certain period, for goods with a short expiration date - typically refrigerated goods, we keep a minimum stock in stock - we order them fresh directly from the factory.

For fast-moving goods, the actual status may not correspond to the availability stated on the e-shop 100% - we try to minimize inaccuracies.

We stock most goods at least once a week.

In stock	We have the goods in stock and you cannot order more than the actual stock (the exception is refrigerated goods, which can be ordered even to a minus level)	usually within 2 days
In stock within 3 days / week / 14 days etc.	The item is usually in stock, but is currently out of stock, but we expect it to be back in stock soon.	immediately after stocking
To order within 5 - 10 days	refrigerated or special goods - these are goods that we do not usually keep in stock, but we order them from the manufacturer based on your order.	immediately after stocking
Currently unavailable	temporary outage in production or supply	cannot be ordered, but can be reserved
Out of stock	sold out - we will restock soon	You can't order now, check availability in a few days

We don't have the product in stock?

You can set a watchdog (availability monitoring) in the details on the product page. We will notify you by email when the product is in stock.

Do you need more pieces than we have in stock?

Contact us if we don't have the required quantity in stock. Maybe we can provide it, or at least offer a similar alternative.
