Green Apotheke wholegrain spelt fusilli are made from wholegrain spelt flour and offer an alternative to traditional wheat pasta. Spelt is an ancient grain known for its mild nutty flavour.

Thanks to their spiral shape, the pasta holds sauces well and is suitable for vegetable salads, cheese sauces or various pasta dishes.

Preparation

Cook the pasta in salted water with a drop of oil (ratio 100 g pasta per 1 litre of water) for about 4.5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Drain and optionally add a little oil.

Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C and relative humidity up to 70 %.
