EDEN Thai Mix Chickpea Curry is a ready-to-eat plant-based meal made with organic ingredients. Chickpeas are combined with coconut milk, sweet pepper, carrots, beans, potatoes, onions, mango purée, courgette and spinach. A fragrant curry blend with coriander, lemongrass, ginger, chilli, cinnamon and other spices gives the dish its distinctive flavour.

It is a convenient choice for a quick lunch or dinner when there is no time to cook. Simply heat the contents in a saucepan or microwave uncovered for approximately 2 minutes at 800 W.
