Tamari soy sauce 500 ml Country life - Tamari soy sauce
Tamari is and soy sauce that is created as and by-product in the production of miso paste. Compared to shoya, it is darker, denser and more pronounced in taste. It shines fully when preparing cold toppings, sauces and spicy dips.
Japanese soy sauces are aged for almost 2 years in 3-meter wooden barrels. They have dark colors, rich fermented aromas and salty, slightly sweet flavors.
If you want to enjoy the natural taste of traditional Japanese soy sauce, choose shoyu or tamari.
Traditional shoyu is prepared only from water, soybeans, natural fermenting agent (aspergillus oryzae), whole wheat and sea salt, while tamari does not contain wheat and is slightly darker in color and fuller in taste.
Both shoyu and tamari are full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. To maintain their excelFlaxt nutritional values, we recommend their use only at the very end of food preparation, so that they are not spoiled by boiling.
