Various mixture of pulses, cereals and vegetables for preparation hearty soups without artificial flavorings. A balanced mix of legumes, cereals and vegetables, an easy basis for a quick soup full of fiber without added glutamate, preservatives or other chemical additives.

Příprava: Směs vsypeme do 2,5 l neosolené studené vody nebo vývaru a vaříme do požadovaného změknutí asi 30 min. Pak už stačí jen dochutit bylinkami, solí nebo pepřem. Lze také přidat čerstvou zeleninu. Balení vystačí na vydatnou polévku pro 6 osob.
