Miso is an inherent part of Japanese cuisine, it has a characteristic rich taste and dark color. Genmai Miso Muso (brown rice miso) is made with rice that retains the whole grain even with the outer shell. This brown rice has a higher nutritional value and miso from it is more valuable than miso from classic white rice.

Návod k přípravě: Lze používat samostatně, ale slouží také do polévek, omáček, zálivek, pomazánek, při přípravě těstovin, k dochucení zeleniny, pro úpravu mořských řas. Lze smíchat půl napůl i s jiným druhem miso past.
