EDEN Legume Mix Eintopf is a ready-to-eat plant-based meal made with organic ingredients. It is based on pre-cooked lentils combined with carrots, onions, potatoes, leek, tomato purée, herbs and spices.

It is a convenient choice for a quick lunch or dinner when there is no time to cook. Simply heat the contents in a saucepan or microwave uncovered for approximately 2 minutes at 800 W. The product is gluten-free and contains no palm oil.

Ingredients

water, pre-cooked lentils 15% (lentils, water), carrots 11%, onions 8%, potatoes 7%, leek 5%, corn starch, tomato purée, herbs (parsley, bay leaf, lovage leaves), white wine vinegar, smoked salt (salt, smoke), sea salt, spices (turmeric, pepper), mustard (water, mustard seeds, table vinegar, sea salt, raw cane sugar, paprika, pepper, coriander, turmeric).

Storage
