EDEN Indian Mix Lentil Dhal is a ready-to-eat plant-based meal made with organic ingredients. Lentils are combined with potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, coconut milk, onions and sweet peppers. A fragrant blend of cardamom, ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, chilli, cinnamon and other spices gives the dish its distinctive flavour.

It is a convenient choice for a quick lunch or dinner when there is no time to cook. Simply heat the contents in a saucepan or microwave uncovered for approximately 2 minutes at 800 W. The product is suitable for vegans and contains no gluten, added sugar or palm oil.
