Four weeks before the annual harvest, the tea plantations are shaded with tarps, eliminating up to 90% of natural light.

Only the best hand-picked tea leaves are then steamed, dried and cut to remove the veins and stems. The dried leaves are then stored in and freezer box to ensure consistent quality throughout the year.

For the resulting mixture, different varieties are mixed in order to achieve the highest possible quality.
